Here is a brief FAQ on Bilstein's Off Road Shocks:

• Only the 5100 and 5160 series shocks have specific applications. For these shocks, you should search by your specific application from the home page

• All other off road shocks are sold by length and valving

• All 5125 and 5165 shocks use 5/8" eye mounts top and bottom unless otherwise noted

• All 6100, 7100 and 9100 shocks use 1/2" eye mounts top and bottom unless otherwise noted

	5100 Series:  Medium duty off road shock.  For lifted trucks and SUV's with light to moderate off road use.
	5125 Series:  The same shock features as the renowned 5100 series, but available in custom lengths and fitments, to suit your customized truck's suspension needs.
	5165 Series:  Medium duty off road shock with remote reservoir.  For lifted trucks and SUVs with light to moderate off road use.
	6100 Series:  Bilstein's primary shock for off road use. The shock of choice for prerunners, Baja bugs, and medium duty rock crawling.
	7100 Series:  Heavy duty off road shock for sand, prerunners, and off road racing.  Available with or without Schrader valves and remote reservoirs in a variety of valvings.
	9100 Series:  The ultimate off road racing shocks.  Available in a number of configurations, all are hand built to customer specifications.
